Owlworth (Beaconvera LLC) keeps this simple: we collect only what we need to watch your website and reach you about it.

What we collect

The website address you ask us to watch, your name, business name, email, optional mobile number and business hours. If you pay, Stripe processes your payment; we see your name, email and payment status, never your full card number. We also keep the results of our checks on your website.

How we use it

To run the monitoring, send you alerts and reports, answer your questions, and bill you if you subscribe. We may email you about your trial or plan. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the services that help us run this one (for example Stripe for payments and our email and text providers).

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your details while your trial or plan is active and for a reasonable time afterwards for billing records. Ask us at ethan@owlworth.com and we'll delete what we don't have to keep by law.
